This opportunity is a hybrid position. Qualified candidates must be able to commute into our Phoenix office at least two days per week.
• Administration of Recruiting Programs – Internship Program, Outreach Events, College Recruiting Events, and Candidate Relationship Management (CXM)
• Post approved positions on Carollo Careers page through applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Audit current job openings to ensure consistency, uniformity, and accuracy
• Assist in coordinating interviews, including scheduling, making travel arrangements, and conducting reference checks, including following up with hiring managers to obtain interview notes and candidate feedback to document in ATS
• Generate offer letters, repayment agreements, and teleworker agreements, when necessary, using offer letter templates and terms of offer information provided by the Hiring Manager and/or Recruiter
• Audit filled positions within applicant tracking system to ensure that each candidate receives an appropriate disposition code for each job posting at the end of the recruitment cycle and that each candidate has been moved to the appropriate hiring stage
• Track offers that have been extended, ensuring enough time is allotted to prepare for onboarding and arrival of IT equipment
• Support members of the Recruiting Team as needed
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
• 1-3 years of recruiting experience
• Attention to detail and time management
• Strong client service orientation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
• Proficiency using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Experience with iCIMS
