Responsibilities

 

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Project Managers on all accounting needs, including client invoicing, AR and project metrics for a small to mid-size number of projects in portfolio
  • Maintain accurate and complete contract invoicing terms and system setups for each project with assistance from senior team members
  • Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with internal and external clients
  • Prepare accurate monthly client invoices in a timely manner
  • Prepare monthly reports to accompany client invoicing
  • Provide information for the monthly reports for Executive review of client invoicing activity to include invoices, unbilled, held and written off items
  • Assist Project Accounting Team with process improvement and other projects
  • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions in accordance with internal policies

Qualifications

 

  • High School diploma (or GED/High School Equivalence Certificate) plus some additional education/courses
  • 2+ years experience in a business environment, preferably in an Accounting position
  • Previous experience with ERP systems

Pay Range

$27 to $30 hourly. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
