We are seeking a Project Manager (Water) to help grow our team in Colorado. We have a deep bench of client service managers and technical experts in our water practice in Colorado, and are looking to expand our ability to serve clients. Responsibilities

  • Plans, schedules, and conducts engineering work on projects of various sizes
  • Responsible for budget, schedule, contractual obligations and quality standards
  • Works on engineering designs, prepare reports, develop plans, prepare specifications, and prepares cost estimates for various water projects
  • Prepares technical memoranda, reports and electronic deliverables; data entry and analysis, and working through the construction phase on the projects.
  • Supervise or coordinate the work of staff engineers, technical experts, technicians, and others who assist in specific assignments
  • Serves as the main point of contact for clients in building long-term, repeat work

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • 10-20+ years of water project experience
  • Experience includes water treatment facilities, water transmission/distribution projects, water storage, groundwater wells, and master planning
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in Colorado
  • Must have demonstrated experience in the design and construction phase of small, medium, and large sized water infrastructure projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contractual obligations and quality standards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Ability to deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraints

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering
  • Design and construction phase experience

Pay Range

$125,000 to $175,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
