Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to help

 

 

The Marketing Operations Analyst primarily supports the Business Development (BD) and Marketing Operations teams’ by providing timely, reliable, and relevant data/information through the creation and maintenance of the various models, tools and reports. The duties also include coordination with Internal Operations and Client Services for the consistent reporting for marketing data.  Creation and maintenance of data tools extends to and includes the Dynamics CRM system and BST Financial System, as well as the processes and procedures related to data management and systems. This role will also support strategic growth plans through data collection, conducting market and consumer research analysis, and reporting. The Analyst is an essential part of the BD and Marketing Operations teams who will suggest and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reports, data tools, and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain tools and systems including recognizing opportunities for improved efficiency or effectiveness, researching, and resolving system issues, and maintaining system integrity.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and maintains the  reporting tools (such as dashboards) by collecting, verifying, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Verify existing tools are producing accurate and relevant information on a routine basis. Effectively gather requirements and communicates to key stakeholders during development and maintenance of data tools and processes. Responsibilities include understanding user needs and proposing appropriate analytical solutions.  
  • Gather and analyze data on client preferences, demographics, purchasing habits, CIP budgets, and market conditions to understand customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Research and monitor competitor services, products, pricing, sales, and marketing strategies to gain a competitive edge.
  • Analyzes raw data to uncover insights and trends, then compile this information into clear, concise reports and compelling dashboards and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Working with Marketing and BD Leadership, establish marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor campaign effectiveness to track progress toward marketing and business goals
  • Work with the Business Development/Marketing, Internal Operations and Client Service leadership and to gather and document business case, scope, and requirements for initiatives related to data tools and processes.
  • Train end users on new application features, as needed.
  • Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and extensive Excel experience.
  • Proficient with Business Intelligence Tools such as Dynamics CRM, BST, PowerBI, Power Apps, SharePoint platform, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate data analysis with clarity and precision.
  • Ability to excel within collaborative team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and results driven.
  • Proactive, committed team player and who will coordinate with IT, Accounting, Engineering, Human Resources and Document Processing.
  • Experience in designing and executing various primary and secondary research methods.
  • Strong proficiency in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and using statistical tools.
  • Ability to manage research projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery of results.

    Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a combination of educational credentials and experience in Marketing, IT or Business Analysis.
  • 2 - 5 years' experience as a business analyst, marketing analyst, reporting analyst, or similar role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in task and project management methodology is preferred.

Pay Range

$60,000 to $75,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
