Overview

Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to primarily respond to RFPs/Qs, while collaborating with the Northwest marketing team and the broade marketing efforts at Carollo.

The Marketing Coordinator leads coordination of low- to mid-level pursuits and works closely with the applicable pursuit team and business development team members to build Carollo’s brand with external clients (in the form of proposals, statements of qualification, interviews, brochures, fact sheets, etc.). Must have adequate knowledge and understanding to retrieve information from a CRM database (project, contact, client information, resumes, etc.) and edit non-technical proposal sections. Other responsibilities include general business development support, opportunity updates in the CRM, and internet research. This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple assignments concurrently, while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


• Coordinates low- to mid-level pursuits with oversight.
• Assists pursuit teams with tasks for high- and strategic-level pursuits.
• Undertakes research and editing of non-technical proposal sections.
• Completes lay out and editing of proposals in InDesign.
• Proofreads and edits technical and non-technical documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Manages production of deliverables associated with proposals and other business development efforts in conformance with company standards.
• Assists with updating the CRM maintenance.
• Updates mailing lists as directed by marketing and business development staff.
• Assists with pursuit interviews as directed by marketing and business development staff.
• Provides general business development support to facilitate regular client contact by Client Service Managers, Project Managers, and technical practice representatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office products.

• Associate’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or related field.
• 2 - 5 years of similar/related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Pay Range

$30.00 to $36.00 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
